Ground Survey and Measurement
The first step in artificial-turf pitch construction is the ground survey and measurement of the area where the pitch will be built. The load-bearing capacity of the soil, level differences and drainage needs are examined on site; the project is finalized according to whether an outdoor or indoor pitch will be built and the pitch size.

Substructure, Excavation and Drainage
Excavation is carried out to the determined dimensions, the ground is compacted at the correct levels and a solid substructure is formed with stabilized material. A professional drainage system is installed to prevent rainwater from accumulating; this step is critical for the lifespan of the artificial turf and pitch performance.

Steel Construction and Roof (Indoor Pitch)
In indoor artificial-turf pitch construction, a structurally calculated galvanized steel construction designed for snow and wind loads is installed, and a membrane or sandwich-panel roof cover is applied over it. In outdoor pitches, a perimeter cage-netting and post system is installed instead of this step.

Artificial Turf Laying and Surface Coating
After the substructure is completed, artificial turf is laid, the seams are joined and line marking is done; the turf is then fixed in place with silica sand and rubber granule infill. On tennis courts and basketball courts, an acrylic (tartan) or modular synthetic surface coating is applied instead.

Lighting, Cage-Netting and Surroundings
Shadow-free, eye-friendly LED floodlight lighting is installed; the cage-netting surrounding the pitch, the overhead net and the entrance gate are mounted. If desired, grandstands, dugouts and landscaping are also completed at this stage.

Inspection, Handover and Warranty
All the work is inspected, the pitch is made ready for play and handed over to you turnkey. We provide a written warranty for the materials and workmanship used and offer support after handover as well.
